The Calendar in your Home site shows all events from all of the sites in which you are enrolled. In addition, you can also create individual, private calendar entries that are only visible to you in your Home area.
While viewing your Home site, select Overview. The Calendar will display.
Customize your view of your Calendar to display the week or month, and set priorities for certain types of events.
In the Calendar display area, open the View menu:
In the Event types area, increase or decrease the priority of event types:
Enter a color code or use the color picker to select a custom color for each of the priority levels.
While viewing your Home site, select Dashboard. The Calendar will display.
By default, the Dashboard Calendar shows events from All Pinned Sites. You may use the drop-down menu at the top to filter by a specific site if you choose.
While viewing your Home site, select Calendar. The Calendar will display. It will show events from all of your sites.

Generate a link to the Calendar in your Home site to subscribe to it from another calendar application, such as Outlook or Google Calendar.
