How do I publish announcements in bulk?
Go to the Announcements tool.
Select the Announcements tool from the Tool Menu of your site.
Select the draft announcement/s you would like to publish.
Select the check box in the Select column for each draft announcement you would like to publish.
Select Publish.
Select the Publish button to publish the selected draft announcements.
Confirm publish.
Click Publish again to confirm publication.
